World Horse Welfare Belwade Farm's new visitor centre and Bistro is conveniently located just off the A93 between Banchory and Aboyne . The Farm is situated in a peaceful setting, boasting spectacular views from the Bistro of the surrounding area.
Enjoy the fine taste of Royal Deeside cuisine in our Bistro, whether that is a freshly cooked lunch or a cup of tea and home baked cake.
Whilst relaxing in the Bistro and visitors centre, you have the option to watch the horses being rehabilitated in our indoor school. Come along and find out more about the work we do to help the horses of today and tomorrow.
Our opening times are:
The visitors centre and Bistro are closed on a Monday and Tuesday and we are open Wednesday to Sundays from 11am until 4pm. During these days we are serving delicious lunches from 12pm to 2pm with refreshments and light bites for the remainder of the day.
Guided tours at 11.30am and 2.30pm Wednesday to Sunday when available, please call to check the tours are running on the day of your visit.

Join us in our visitors room and learn all about World Horse Welfare's work at Belwade Farm and our training programmes abroad.
Participate in our guided tour at either 11.30am or 2.30pm Wednesday to Sunday for approximately half an hour to find out more about World horse Welfare, Belwade Farm and its residents. Please call in adavance to check availability.
Whilst walking on our nature trails around the farm, absorbing the breath taking scenery, look out for Buzzards, Deer, Kite and Squirrels. During your walk meet and admire the horses and ponies that each have their own story to tell.
Belwade Farm's wide selection of facilities range from our Cafe to our Conferencing Suite; our large gallery in the indoor arena to our substantial car park. This enables Belwade to host a variety of events. All our facilities are disabled friendly.
